Pros and cons of Just 6 Weeks PRO app for iPhone and iPad

Just 6 Weeks PRO app good for

Its a nice app. It helps you to track your progress. Also this app keeps me motivated
Its awesome but please do update and add a 10 minutes plank. I dont give 5 stars because of the old version and no updates for more than a year
Ive gone through workout programs before and havent been able to stay motivated. One feature that would be nice is to be able to sync. I first tried the push up app for free, and then paid for the full deal but now I have to start over.
I am on week four: day 2 now and when I started I had a lot more belly fat. Now I can feel hard ab balls ready to take their place and I feel good about myself. Keep in mind that building muscle also means that you will pick up weight so dont get depressed . Eat an energy bar then work out. Listening to music helps you when you work out. Remember sound is energy. Live more confidently !! Best of Luck!!
Fabulous app. From hating push-ups to being able to do 87. Would recommend to anyone.
This app is Relly simple and effective. I open it and Im ready to go. Im in my second week and Im stronger. Actually, its kicking my butt.

Some bad moments

This app is great! I have found a major bug with the push-ups. There is absolutely NO way to contact the developer directly, which makes the whole experience lack luster.
I assumed I had the pro version since I paid for this app. As far as Im concerned this isnt a program at all. When I open the exercises it doesnt tell me when or how many reps to do of each exercise so how is that a program? Am I missing something here?
Even though this app was cheap, Im furious I actually paid money for it. Not very intuitive and straightforward. I have deleted and will look for another one.
This App looks NOTHING like the screens here. Maybe broken? Does nothing. Not intuitive. Does not appear to work. Rip off!
Im on week four with three of the exercises and getting stronger every day. My only wish would be for HealthKit integration. Then it would be a 5-star app.
… so you need to ignore a large number of the previous reviews. Came to do my exercises this morning and EVERYTHING has changed! OK… not everything. It’s actually still one of the better apps in its category for design and usability. BUT… the data has changed. It no longer represents the official “100” list of sets. So, I was going to “repeat” my current level this morning, and all the sets (and the rest time) are totally different. Furthermore, there is no way (and never has been) to see what the whole program looks like. This was not a problem previously, because I could see the whole program on the 100 push/sit/pull ups website. So, this means this is now a black box of a program. No idea what levels it is going to take you to or how. It seems the developer has even taken out the three different “levels” (not that they were very clear before, but they were there in the form of the progress test). Now the progress test has gone (according to the developer’s release notes, this means “no more annoying tests” - but actually it’s lost functionality. I’m guessing the developer no longer has the rights to use the 100 programme, but, as I’ve said already, now all we have is a black box. It’s one thing when an app updates with bugs (nobody intends to have bugs), but to purposely change everything is appalling. He should have left the old app as it was, and started with a new one.
