Awesome app for bodyweight strength training
This is a great app for those who prefer body weight exercises over weight training! I have used it regularly since the beginning of September, and can see noticeable improvement in fitness and muscle tone.
Would LOVE to see a circuit training feature, so that I can cycle through all five exercises with less rest. In week 4/5 with all five exercises, and sticking to the regiment is very time consuming. Would also be great to see lunges added to compliment the upper body stuff.
