Effective enough for my goals.
I paid for the full version of this collection of apps. I mainly use the push up and pull ups as I already do enough other work for my core and my legs. Im impressed with my progress thus far, especially on the pull ups. This will help you increase your numbers if you stick with it, get enough rest and proper diet, and dont skimp on a rep. Skimping or cheating to get more reps will only hamper your progress long term.
