Perfect amount of options, easy to use, and worth the money no doubt. Easy to adjust rest times and to keep track of where youre at. Im gonna master them all!
Its better than the rest since it has a watch app. But I wish there was more like: Sortable workout menu (last done at the bottom). Watch app being less dependant on app. Add extra misc workouts Push notifications when the rest time is over
Tells me how many to do it and I do it. Been doing a week and really enjoy the simplicity. Not sure I need 2 min btwn sets so its nice you can up or decrease rest with a push of a button.
I have the "runtastic pro" apps and I hate how fractured and expensive their system is. This app is simple easy to use and gives great results quickly.!

Pushes to just the right limit
Does what it says on the tin and does it quite well. By providing sets and repetitions based on your current fitness it really helps you to build upwards easily. Areas of improvement would be logging extraneous exercise and a HealthKit integration but, overall, this is a really good exercise app.
Since last update its impossible to launch the app even after rebooting the phone (5s) :-//// Update : i had to reinstall it and lose all my historical datas...

Works well, I especially like the reminder set up to help you stick with the program. It would be great if the workouts were scaleable, for example once you completed 100 push-ups, now you can scale it to 200.
All you need is right here. Im an advocate for chin ups. The more you do, the better you look.
Its a decent program with a simple interface that is easy to use and set reminders. With exception of one set of exercises, all are body weight bearing exercises, making this app easy to take with you while traveling. Not bad for a maintaining program.
Great app. Cannot beat it for the price. Replaced 4 other apps. All in one.
Its good for people who need a plan. The goals are clear and are motivating. One suggestion would be to be able to change your skill level once youve started the weekly program. I find Im stuck on an easier plan than I anticipated.

Tough but very rewarding. In week 3 and can really feel the difference.
Nice looking and functioning app. Covers all the basics. Progression may be too quick for some although option to repeat day or week is there. Just one thing to fix- reminders on Saturday cant be set as the time setting is off the bottom of screen and cant be accessed. A better option would be a single reminder for all exercises selected, or automatic reminders every other day...or push notification.
This is an awesome app! However, please, add icon for iPad - its pretty easy to do in Xcode. I will change my rating to 5 stars as soon as you add ipad icon ;)
