Great

Fantastic app. It has replaced all my other exercise apps. Kudos.

Its alright

It does what it says but not being able to change the time of day that the reminders happen is annoying.

Easy app for working out

Very simple but productive.

Excellent program

Great program that trains you and starts out at a level that is trailered for you. It would be better if you could edit the results as I have accidentally reported a wrong number of reps and had to delete that day and input the correct results. Also would be nice if there was a way to view all past results in one location.

Hurts

Great app easy to do anywhere

Great app

Great app. Developer is quick to address bugs. Thanks

Simple, but perfect for what it is

This app guides you to increase your capacity (and in so doing, your fitness level) for some of the core exercises that will get you in shape and keep you fit. There isnt anything g really fancy, but for those of us who dont want to get distracted by lots of settings and features and just want to improve, this app is great!

Great motivator

Great app for quick and easy workouts.

Good app

It works well and is easy to use. Lots of challenges all in the same place

Finally...working out

Great app, Im actually starting to work out now. I want to use music on my iPhone at the same time:(

Great guidelines!

Its tough, but Im doing my best on it. Week 5 for push-ups starts today, heres hoping I can go through and master them all! To a healthier body!

Awesome

Very useful

Nice

I like how in the app you have the 5 most basic all you need exercises to get into shape and the ability to keep track of you workouts and reminders. The only thing that I really want you to add ASAP is the ability to add/ track how many reps I do when Im not doing the workout that is preset. Kinda how its set up in the very beginning when you download the app and it tells you to do as many ___ you can. Something like that would be nice if I just feel like doing a set of whatever and I can just log it in and still keep track.

Pretty good

Im on week four with three of the exercises and getting stronger every day. My only wish would be for HealthKit integration. Then it would be a 5-star app.

After latest update (14 April 2015) it’s a NEW app...

… so you need to ignore a large number of the previous reviews. Came to do my exercises this morning and EVERYTHING has changed! OK… not everything. It’s actually still one of the better apps in its category for design and usability. BUT… the data has changed. It no longer represents the official “100” list of sets. So, I was going to “repeat” my current level this morning, and all the sets (and the rest time) are totally different. Furthermore, there is no way (and never has been) to see what the whole program looks like. This was not a problem previously, because I could see the whole program on the 100 push/sit/pull ups website. So, this means this is now a black box of a program. No idea what levels it is going to take you to or how. It seems the developer has even taken out the three different “levels” (not that they were very clear before, but they were there in the form of the progress test). Now the progress test has gone (according to the developer’s release notes, this means “no more annoying tests” - but actually it’s lost functionality. I’m guessing the developer no longer has the rights to use the 100 programme, but, as I’ve said already, now all we have is a black box. It’s one thing when an app updates with bugs (nobody intends to have bugs), but to purposely change everything is appalling. He should have left the old app as it was, and started with a new one.

Fantastic app

The app is absolutely fantastic. This is definitely the best bodyweight exercise app in existence. Ive tried them all. Great way to keep yourself motivated to work out and to make it easy to get to during the day. Adding a few more exercises would be a nice improvement. 4/16/15 update: has been updated and overall is a lot better. The pull up routine now works all the way through rather than having a very low maximum.

Perfect, but...

Would be nice if it was optimized for iPhone 6

Proven, just stick with it.

I am in the military and after a few minor injuries and transfer to a desk job, I put on 20 pounds and barely passed the Army Physical Fitness Test. Something had to change. This app was easy to follow and my scores went from just over 60% to over 80% in just three months. I dont care about doing 100 of this or 200 of that. I just want to stay in shape, and this app does that well. 5 stars if it linked with MyFitness app.

Please add Apple watch support!!!

Almost perfect

Best of the challenge apps

A group of guys started the 100 push-up challenge at work at we all tried different apps and this one was by far the best. Cleanest interface, simple large buttons (great for when you get to week 4 and you are about to pass out). Would love to see health kit and apple watch support for the next version.
