Great app for keeping yourself on track, but itd be nice to have the option to combine two or more exercises into one circuit workout instead of having to click back between workouts.

I really do like this app a lot and it is worth the money. I wish they would a little coaching on the side as how to properly do each exercise, but the way it is set up works beautifully. Great job!

I would like to be able to go in after the fact and adjust number of reps, or be able to adjust the default delay time between reps.
Love the app. Great to see the progress. Find myself looking forward to the next workout often. My only request is the ability to save app data to iCloud. Restored my phone and lost my progress.

This is meant to be a joke app, right? I cant do even 6 womens push ups, let alone 100 mens push ups. Deleting this now.
Clean, clear and concise app. I would like to see a Automator though. Press play and the complete workout starts for that day based off of user set parameters of reps and allotted time. Im only on day one but I see myself going the full 6 weeks.
The phone app is nice. The watch app does not properly sync with the phone app. It would also be nice if it stayed active when the watch goes to sleep. It should also sync with the Health app.
I have the "runtastic pro" apps and I hate how fractured and expensive their system is. This app is simple easy to use and gives great results quickly.!
Provides a system for increasing strength and stamina for the specific exercises in the app. UI is not as intuitive as it could be. Would also like a cloud based storage of progress. I had to factory reset my iPhone and fresh load the app. Lost all my progress and had to restart.
Takes the guess work out of reps and rest periods. I like that it takes a baseline and builds from there. In 6 weeks I should have great results. Simple yet effective.
Simple, clear, and rewarding. Im guessing the low reviews came from folks that never actually did the exercise... Go figure.
This is a great app for those who prefer body weight exercises over weight training! I have used it regularly since the beginning of September, and can see noticeable improvement in fitness and muscle tone. Would LOVE to see a circuit training feature, so that I can cycle through all five exercises with less rest. In week 4/5 with all five exercises, and sticking to the regiment is very time consuming. Would also be great to see lunges added to compliment the upper body stuff.
