Good Program!

This program has a good selection of exercises most of which dont depend on equipment. It is flexible in adjusting rest periods and going back to resume a smaller number of repetitions if you have missed a few days. It is possible to progress at your own rate which is good when you arent in your 20s.

I already can do 100 push ups but it really does help me in the workouts I lack on: sit ups, pull ups, etc.

Just did my first workout completely from my Apple Watch. A beautiful interface that is simple and enjoyable to use. Wanted something to help increase my push ups and sit-ups above and beyond the army physical fitness test requirements for my age group. This is certainly going to do the trick. I use run keeper for my runs, and now this for my push-ups and sit-ups. I will be letting my fellow guardsmen know of it.

Its A Great Workout App, And A Great Pre-Workout App For Me

Good fundamental program

Ive got a toddler and an infant due any minute now. Workout time? Yeah. Hilarious. So I got this app to do a progression of strength training. Its really good. 3 weeks in and up to 70 push-ups and 15 pull ups.

Effective enough for my goals.

I paid for the full version of this collection of apps. I mainly use the push up and pull ups as I already do enough other work for my core and my legs. Im impressed with my progress thus far, especially on the pull ups. This will help you increase your numbers if you stick with it, get enough rest and proper diet, and dont skimp on a rep. Skimping or cheating to get more reps will only hamper your progress long term.

Great app

I really like it so far. Im actually encouraged to do mini workouts in between gym time. The funny thing is I wanted an app like this simply to help me monitor and help me increase my push-ups. Now Im doing some of the other things they have listed just to challenge myself more.

Like how simple the app is but...

The Apple Watch implementation needs some work. Its very slow to respond to my taps. Also wish the workout data would be pushed to Apple Health with calorie estimations based on my Apple Watch BPM, height, weight, and movement data.

Good Workout App

I have gained lots of muscles by doing the amount of reps that it tells me to do, I love this app, even my family has downloaded this app through family sharing. I have a request though, and is that you would add other workouts that you dont do without weights. That is all. Good app.
